巴里島的MOZAIC

幾年前的聖誕節夜在巴里島的烏布過，去了有米其林三星主廚的MOZAIC ，當時的美好印象深刻，一直讓我唸唸不忘。這次和老公去巴里島，無論如何也要再度早訪，於是早早定了位子。

米其林三星主廚的水準，仍是和印象中的一樣令人感受美好，除了廚藝以外，服務及餐廳所營造的舒適氛圍當然也仍是美好的。一個人100美元左右的價位，就品嚐得到三星主廚的創意和食物的美味，這餐吃得心滿意足，感覺實在比在台北吃划算的太多了。
